Practical cleaning and sludge removal solutions for STP / ETP facilities based on site conditions, access and agreed scope.
Sludge, deposits and accumulated contamination can build up across treatment plant areas over time. Regular cleaning can help maintain cleaner operating environments and support planned maintenance activities.
Our cleaning approach is based on plant configuration, access conditions, sludge condition, safety requirements and the client’s permitted work scope. Work may include:
We have cleaned an entire STP plant involving sludge removal from tanks and cleaning of accessible plant areas. The cleaning was carried out without entering inside the tanks, as tank entry was not permitted by the client. Where possible, pressure washing was used to support cleaning. Removed sludge was shifted to the area prescribed by the company.
Before starting the cleaning activity, a culture powder was introduced into the tank as a trial pre-treatment approach. The product was provided by a personal contact for trial purposes and the exact product name is not known. After approximately three days, the accumulated sludge was observed to have loosened, which appeared to make subsequent removal easier.
This observation should not be presented as a guaranteed or scientifically proven result of the culture.
