CNC / VMC Machine Cleaning

The Requirement

The customer required cleaning of CNC / VMC machines that had accumulated coolant, oil, grease and general industrial contamination during regular manufacturing operations. The requirement was not simply to clean visible external surfaces — the machines needed detailed cleaning around difficult-to-reach areas where contamination had built up over time.

The Challenge

CNC / VMC machines operate in demanding manufacturing environments where coolant, oil, grease and metal residue can accumulate across machine surfaces and around accessible internal and external areas. The challenge was to carry out the cleaning systematically while selecting suitable cleaning methods for different areas of the machine.

Our Approach

Outcome

The machine was cleaned through a systematic combination of vacuuming, suitable chemical cleaning, controlled pressure cleaning and manual detailing. The completed work resulted in a visibly cleaner machine and improved overall cleanliness of accessible machine surfaces and surrounding areas.

Our learning: Machine cleaning is not a one-method-fits-all process. The condition of the machine, type of contamination, accessibility and sensitivity of different components all need to be considered before deciding the appropriate cleaning approach.

Industrial Facility

STP Plant Cleaning

The Requirement

The requirement was to clean the entire STP plant and remove accumulated sludge and contamination from the accessible areas.

The Challenge

The plant had accumulated sludge that required removal. Tank entry was not permitted by the client, so the cleaning approach had to be developed without physically entering inside the tanks.

Our Approach

Outcome

The STP plant was cleaned through a combination of sludge removal, pressure washing and manual cleaning within the permitted scope.

Our learning: A culture powder was introduced approximately three days before cleaning as a trial pre-treatment. The sludge was observed to have loosened, which appeared to make removal easier. The exact product name is not known and no claim is made that the same result will occur in every STP.

Industrial Facility

Cooling Tower Cleaning

The Requirement

The cooling tower required cleaning to remove accumulated sludge, algae, scale, dust and other deposits.

The Challenge

Different components carried different types of contamination, and accessibility varied across the tower.

Our Approach

Outcome

The accessible areas of the cooling tower were cleaned through a combination of pressure washing, manual cleaning, brushing and suitable chemical treatment.

Residential Societies, Industries, Hospitals, Schools, Hotels

Water Tank Cleaning

The Requirement

Water tanks can accumulate sediment, sludge, dirt, deposits and other accumulated contamination.

The Challenge

Tank size, depth, configuration and access vary considerably across facility types.

Our Approach

Outcome

The cleaning approach is selected according to the tank’s size, depth, configuration, access and condition. Physical entry has been undertaken where permitted and required.

Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Environments

High-Access & Difficult-to-Reach Cleaning

The Requirement

The customer required cleaning of surfaces that were difficult to access through conventional cleaning methods.

The Challenge

The areas involved height and difficult access, requiring appropriate tools and methods.

Our Approach

Outcome

The work was carried out using appropriate access methods and cleaning equipment selected according to site conditions.

Our learning: Access methods must be selected based on height, location, surface, surrounding conditions and site safety requirements.

Commercial Kitchen

Commercial Kitchen & Exhaust Cleaning

The Requirement

Cleaning of kitchen floors, walls, cooking range, chimney / exhaust hood, grease filters, exhaust fan / blower, accessible exhaust duct, equipment exteriors and ceiling.

The Challenge

Oil and grease deposits can accumulate across kitchen and exhaust areas and may require different cleaning methods according to surface and accessibility.

Our Approach

Outcome

The accessible kitchen and exhaust areas were cleaned through a combination of chemical cleaning, brushing, pressure washing and manual detailing.
