Our Approach
We first assess the system and determine duct configuration, accessibility, level of contamination, cleaning requirements and the suitable cleaning method. The work may include, depending on the system:
- Supply air ducts
- Accessible duct sections
- Diffusers
- Air outlets
- Return air ducts
- AHU areas
- Grilles
Possible Cleaning Methods

- Wet / Dry Vacuum Cleaner
- Foam Spray / Application Equipment
- Manual Detailing Tools
- Buffing / Polishing Tools where appropriate
- Pressure Washer
- Cleaning Brushes
- Suitable Cleaning Chemicals
Our Experience
We have undertaken CNC / VMC machine cleaning work in an auto-component manufacturing environment. The cleaning involved contamination such as oil, grease, coolant, dirt and accumulated deposits. Project team: 4 technicians and 1 supervisor. Approximate time: 4 hours for the completed machine.
Different methods are selected according to the condition of each area rather than relying on one cleaning method throughout the machine.
